This 10,000 square foot ground up mixed use building has commercial space on the ground floor, rental residential space on two floors, and a private apartment on the top floor with a penthouse roof garden. Drawing on the city’s history and re-inventing the traditional craft of the region, the building will be clad in a rain screen woven from high performance marine fibers using traditional weaving techniques.
